Mind-blowing location in a peaceful area near the main street and a delightful park with a playground. Spacious family-friendly triple room. Super friendly and helpful staff who provided all the necessary information. Safe and free underground parking.

The hotel was modern and the receptionist and breakfast staff helpful. It was located close to the Etap coach company station and on a pleasant park and so quiet. It was a short walk to town and to all sorts of restaurants. It was cheap topo.

Although the hotel was almost empty, our room was one of the smallest they had. Although modern, the room was inexplicably painted bright orange (including the blinds); the air conditioner in the room was completely ineffective so we sweltered overnight - luckily the windows opened - and the bathroom was poky.

not far from the airport, 11 km, perfect for an early flight. it was nice time in veliko tarnovo.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The location was great, with a nice park nearby and just a short walk to the city center. , the breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice bonus.

There were a few issues with the room that made my stay less enjoyable. The air-con wasn't working, so the room was quite stuffy.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with helpful staff that mostly spoke English. The hotel was opposite a green park and not far from the town centre.

The shower did not drain resulting in flooding onto the bathroom floor from underneath the shower unit. We changed rooms and then the sofa bed set up for the kids was unstable and the bottom part fell apart in the middle of the night, so the kids didn't get a good rest. The hotel didn't offer any compensation for this either.

The bed was very comfortable and the room looked nice.

I've specified that I want a non-smoking room and when I arrived there the air in the room smelled like cigarettes. The other thing was that the breakfast was pretty poor - but this is not a huge issue i think.

Hotel Tarnovo is very centrally located in the town and has excellent access for those using the Bus Station and shops. It is clean and tidy with comfortable beds.Also a ramp for wheelchairs or luggage access into the Hotel

Perfect staying for the weekend.

Staff were friendly & helpful with an excellent level of English.The location is easy to find for visitors and parking is a bonus.

Poor breakfast consisting of only 2 toasts with cheese and a coffee/tea.
